We finally know who is going to fight in the playoff finals for the Stanley cup. The old, but still very good Red Wings and the young, and pretty much as good, Penguins. So, who are you putting your bets on?

For me, it will be the Penguins. I have a simple reason for this, I just don’t care much about the Red Wings. I know that they are good, real good actually, but I just can’t get around to liking them.

On the other hand, the Penguins are young and are fun to watch. Everybody should watch them now because in 3-4 years I don’t think the salary cap will permit them to keep a bunch the players that are there now.

By the way, it only took Sidney Crosby 3 years to get to the Stanley cup finals. It took Gretzky 4 years and surprisingly  it took Mario Lemieux 7 years to get into the NHL finals.

Who ever wins the cup, we will have to wait till Saturday ti find out who will win the first game..

Well, I pick the Pens in 6 games..how about you?
